Laurel, Erin, Meagan - thank you for sharing Kevin with us for the past 10 years. His vision and generosity have made it possible for thousands of people to live a better life. And if the value of one's soul is proportional to the number of people you help in life, Kevin's is of infinite value. Kevin will be missed, but the systems he created will live for many years to come - for the benefit of those he left behind.

Hello -
My condolences. I signed up in the late 90's -- directly under Kevin, and was so enthusiastic about the depth and breadth of what Kevin put together in Cognigen. Even as the company grew, Kevin would reply to emails personally. I never met him... except online, but his vision, drive, and focus meant an awful lot to my life and career. You cannot find another program like this, just like you cannot find another person like him. I imagine he expects us to forge on, so that is what I will do. My prayers are with you.

Hello all, I wanted to say my thoughts and prayers will be with your family.

Kevin was very generous to me over the years. In fact, I'm a full time Internet marketer now, and Kevin played a big role in that. He helped me when I was 1st starting out, and that will never be forgotten. As another poster said; he's helped many people live a better life. I'm one of those people.

He's a great man, and will surely be missed. I am sorry for your loss.

Sincerely,
Kevin Mardorf

I'm so sorry for your loss. Words can't express how sad I am. Since I heard that Kevin passed, I've felt like there's a hole in the world where Kevin was. I can't even begin to say what Kevin has given to the online community and how many people he's helped.

If it wasn't for Kevin, I know that I wouldn't be where I am. He helped so much.

Namaste,
Brian

I have sent my thoughts by email to Laurel and shared a very special poem about those who pass on being a part of our world.

As a Cognigen National Trainer I had the privileged to have work closely with Kevin. We shared a love of orchids and tropical birds.

I know that all the strength that Laurel and the girls will require in the coming months and years will be given to them.

We'll miss you Kevin!

Gognigen: I joined in the early 1990s and was the first program that I actually made money with. Since then I have made thousands from online marketing. In part from I learned from Kevin and the Gognigen family.
As I never personally met Kevin Anderson, he was a great inspiration to many. Well known in many internet communities, forums and more as the real deal. My condolences to Kevins family and personal friends.

I've been in a daze since I heard the news about Kevin Anderson. It was so unexpected and I can't believe he's gone. My thoughts are with all Kevin's family and friends.

Kevin was such a remarkable gentleman and one of the very few figures I have come across in my 10 year career in online marketing who operated with total integrity, honesty and humility.

Although I had the chance to communicate with him by email over the years, I never had the fortune to meet him in person.

I often looked forward to getting to meet him in person. That will never be the case now, at least no in this world, but I look forward to seeing him in the next life.

Kevin Anderson, you truly were a one in a million and I will miss you.

Laurel, Erin Meagan:

As you read what will probably amount to hundreds or even thousands thousands of posts, notes and emails from people of whom you probably never heard, you will definitely get a feel for the scope of your husband's/Father's reach and how many lives he touched. Our heartfelt condolences. He was a warm individual to work with the few times I have had contact with him. The dream he worked to build touched many lives and brought income to countless individuals, all while offering a needed service and savings to the general public, thus benefiting them as well.

My primary business is with Telarus/ShopForT1, but it was an email from Cognigen that brought me to them and the bulk of my business originates from Cognigen leads.

I read all the email blasts ever to come from Cognigen and in most of them written by Kevin, you could see the warmth and high regard he had for you, his wife, and for you, his children. He always stressed family first and his hopes for his business opportunities to the common man to give that common man the freedom to spend time with friends and family.

We wish you and yours only happiness in the future years. There is much warmth and good feeling to take with you from the accomplishments of Kevin, in many more years of health and happiness . With heartfelt condolences from my entire family and myself - Zachary Schechter and Family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and Kevin...

Laurel,

We are truly sorry for your loss. As you know Kevin is a great friend and personal hero of mine. He has always been there for me and my family and I have a tremendous amount of respect for the person, advisor, teacher, and mentor he has always been. Kevin, with his true sense of integrity and value has taught me so much and he will truly be missed.

I know there may be little I can do so far away to help ease your pain and loss, but if there is anything, anything at all, me and or my family can do for you and yours, please let me know. I am not certain of the timing, but if there is any way that I can make the service, I will do every thing in my power to be there to offer my remembrance and support, if not in person, in mind, heart and spirit.

My truest condolences to you and your family,

All my best wishes are with you,

Sincerely,

Anderson Family,

You all are in my thoughts and my prayers go out for you. I share your loss because I considered Kevin Anderson part of my online business family. He has touched the lives of many like myself, not only through business but the relationships through the newsletters, conference calls, etc allowed us to know him on a personal level. He will surely be missed and may you all have the strength to continue on.

Dear Laurel, Erin and Megan,
As you know I met Kevin in early 1992 when he worked as Cyberlink's IT Manager with Russ Preston. I went to Cyberlink to meet the staff after signing a master agency agreement. It must have been the week that Kevin founded Cognigen(before it was called Cognigen) that he called me and I have been a Cog rep since day one, even before the MLM went into effect. Kevin was a very generous man, because he "bumped me up" to the 10% commission level from the beginning, even though I had very little volume back then. After I took a 2 hour crash course on writing html, I called Kevin and he coached me through writing my own web page, before the ld.net pages came out. He was brilliant! Over the years Kevin and I had long conversations about you and the kids, he loved you very much, and you were always on his mind. One time, a couple of years ago, he was explaining why he went to Mexico, and the main reason was Megan, as she could get the care she deserved. He couldn't get that loving and patient care here in the US. I am so sorry for your loss, I will miss Kevin greatly and if there is anything I can do, you have a friend in California who will always be there for you. God bless you and may His strength give you peace beyond all understanding. Your friend, Roger Jones

As a National Representative, National Trainer, and contracted service for Cognigen, I had the opportunity to work closely with Kevin Anderson.

We spent hours on the phone, working closely together, to make sure that the Cognigen agents were provided for.

I had the great privelege to meet Laurel Anderson in Tampa during the Agent Training that we held there in 2003(?).

Laurel, I know how much you and the girls miss Kevin, but the depth of his love can never be underestimated.

As a memorial to Kevin, Cognigen will continue to grow and prosper and be around long after most of us are also called to Heaven, where Kevin surely must be looking down on us, watching us grow his special baby, Cognigen, for time to come.

I joined Cognigen in 1998 right behind Diane Walker and Lon Lindsey, two people that I met early on as I began an at home career "online". My primary goal was to be able to make extra money but be there for my kids as they were growing up. I am thrilled to be able to count so many of these people that in the early days of the Internet, including Kevin as friends for almost 10 years now.

I can truly say that Kevin's vision and caring about his agents and their welfare, state of mind and overall life, came through loud and strong in everything he did. He stood strong against criticism and I know from personal communications via email and even a few phone calls about a really scary event about 7 years ago involving me and a lawyer - he kept me calm - helped me understand how to deal with it and I took his advice and we all moved on.

I did not know Kevin as well as many, but in all of my dealings with him, he made me feel that I was important to him. I was not a national trainer, I was not a superstar - but I was a "Cog" in his Cognigen wheel...and I mattered.

Thank you Laurel, Erin & Megan for sharing your husband and father with so many - he impacted lives in ways you will probably never know - so I hope that this helps you see he cared about us all - the "big boys" and the "small potatos"...what a great legacy to leave.

Kevin,

I will miss you dearly. I still can't believe you are gone... there was so much left to say. I've know you for such a long time since we met at ITL. I still remember that phone call I took while I was in the sales department. "This is Kevin Anderson - I'm coming to Seattle. Some of my associates may give you a call..." I didn't know it at the time, but meeting you and getting involved with Cognigen would be a life-changing event.

To Laurel and Family, my thoughts are with you and if there's anything I can do at all, please let me know.

It was a very sad day when I learned of Kevin's passing. My relationship with Mr. Anderson goes back to the late 90's when he personally empowered me to run the agent program for him. We butted heads a few times along the way, but our love and trust for one another was never questioned. I will miss our late evening IM chats and phone calls.

Laurel, Megan and Erin, My prayers are with you all, and I know that your inner strength will carry you through this most difficult time. You are much loved by all in my household.

I am so sorry to hear of Kevin's passing. This is a tough time for his wonderful family and my prayers are with you.

Kevin's vision provided so many with the opportunity to improve their lives. Through my few years as a Cognigen agent, Kevin never failed to respond to any question that I posed to him. He was always prompt and respectful, but more than that, he sincerely wanted me to be successful.

It is a sad time for all of us, but we can be thankful that Kevin Anderson was able to influence our lives so positively. I am forever thankful for that.

I am deeply saddened by the news of Kevin's passing. My sincere condolences to his family who will ache for his presence.

Being introduced to Cognigen opened my eyes to the vast world of referral marketing. The resources provided under Kevin's leadership started me on a path to making thousands of dollars promoting products through Cognigen and elsewhere.

Kevin was a very good person. Kind and wise. Bright. Originally thinking. Fast. Charming.

My communication with him was mostly long-distance - I met him only once. I was not part of his Cognigen business. But Kevin has helped me when I was in trouble. He literally turned my life around, and I am forever grateful to him. And I know that I am not alone. He definitely made the planet a better place for many-many people. Thank you, Kevin.

It's been almost a year since this tragic, untimely loss. Kevin was a gloriously bright star of the internet-- loved by so many for his kind, understanding and generous nature.

You are remembered well, Kevin. God Bless you.

I have (had) known Kevin since the sixth grade. It was not unusual in our relationship to not communicate with any regularity so, it is only now that I learn of his passing. I just sent an email because he and I both had been most remiss in not communicating and, the email bounced back immediately. Uh Oh, thought I. Kevin would not be sloppy with an email account.
Oh well.
He and I are (were) the same age. In many ways, we grew up together and I "blame" him for getting me started in an industry that has become my career. Were it not for his love and support... well... whatever.

I'm still in shock otherwise, I might be able to post something better.
